Sportsdecor respects everyone’s right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, company name, address, phone number, email address, and other information in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed only for the following purposes:

  • process orders for Your goods;
  • issue financial documents (etc. invoices);
  • solve problems with the delivery of goods;
  • fulfill other contractual obligations;
  • for direct marketing purposes (only with Your consent).

The following PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING RULES define data management:

1.2. Buyer is a natural or legal person who has acquired goods in the Internet shop .

1.3. The Rules for the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter – the Rules) regulate the basic principles of the collection, processing and storage of personal data on which the Data Controller is based when handling the personal data of the Buyer.

2. General provisions

2.1. The processing of personal data of the Buyer is regulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data and these Rules.

2.2. Buyer data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes, processed fairly and accurately.

3. Processing of personal data

3.1. The Buyer agrees that personal data he / she voluntarily submits at the time of ordering will be processed in accordance with these Rules.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to access his / her personal data and the right to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data by e-mail to  or by calling +370 609 53646. In that case, the seller must immediately complete the buyer’s request (within 1-2 days).

3.3. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of any Buyer who orders on the online store . The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name or name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other information provided at the time of ordering the online store) to process orders or fulfill other contractual obligations. The Customer may express his / her consent / disapproval of the use of his / her personal data for direct marketing purposes in the order. He does this by ticking (I agree that his personal data will be used for direct marketing purposes) or by not ticking (disagree). We send the newsletter to the customer’s email address. email and make it possible to opt out of the newsletter (at the end of the newsletter there is a choice: “opt-out – the customer will not receive the newsletter anymore).

3.4. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except the Data Controller partners providing the delivery of the goods or other services related to the order fulfillment of the Buyer. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.5. Personal data shall be processed using secure means to prevent such data from unlawful destruction, disclosure or other illegal activity.

3.6. Personal data that has agreed to be used for direct marketing purposes is stored in an active database and used for 3 years for direct marketing purposes. After this period, customer data is immediately (automatically) destroyed. Personal data is automatically destroyed by the responsible person.

4. Changing the Rules

4.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or fully replace the Rules by notifying the  online store.

4.2. Additions or amendments to the Rules come into effect from the date of their publication, ie. y. from the day they appear in the online store .

4.3. If the Buyer disagrees with the new version of the Rules, he / she has the right to refuse it in writing.

4.4. If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store after supplementing or amending the Rules, the Buyer shall be deemed to accept the new edition of the Rules.

5. Presentation and transmission of information

5.1. All notices related to the processing of personal data are provided to the Data Controller by e-mail .

5.2. The Response is provided by the Data Controller in the same form as the message or claim received.

6.1.
